Affiliated with Forest City Image Centre in London, Ontario, Camera Canada ProLab offers a high degree of professional photofinishing services to Canadian professional photographers, industry and institutions through an innovative B2B on-line sales approach that saves both time and money.

We are extremely proud of the reputation earned over the past 18 years in the Canadian photographic marketplace. Our commitment to customer service is second to none on-line and in person. Our Camera Canada ProLab staff include Certified Photographic Consultants, a certified photofinishing engineer and a professional Systems Design engineer PLUS we employ licensed professional photographers ready to assist you with your particular imaging needs.

Every one of our photo lab staff have received training from Canadian suppliers and they are as up to date as anybody in the industry. It is our policy that if we don't know the answer to something photographic, we'll find it! We're not afraid to give opinions either ... after all, that's why you would use us rather than a Big Box retailer or Toronto Big-Box Lab who just don't "get it"! When you call us, you get a straight answer!

Our staff is told to do one thing - help the customer! Unlike many other photo labs, our sales staff do not see dollar signs when someone walks into the store or sends files on-line for printing. Camera Canada ProLab staff do not, will not, never will, work on commission nor are they expected to sell "X" number of dollars per week. Their only job is to help the customer.
